Specialized Online Therapy for Complex Mental Health Needs
You are more than a diagnosis—and your needs are not “too complicated” for therapy.
Muddy Waters Counseling provides specialized telehealth counseling for adults throughout Wyoming who are living with complex, persistent, or overlapping mental health concerns.
I work with adults experiencing bipolar disorder, complex PTSD, schizophrenia-spectrum and psychosis-related conditions, personality disorders, severe depression, chronic anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma, grief, and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Many of my clients have:
Received multiple or changing diagnoses
Experienced psychiatric hospitalization or crisis care
Struggled to find a therapist comfortable with their diagnosis
Felt misunderstood, judged, or dismissed by previous providers
Experienced recurring mood episodes or difficulty maintaining stability
Needed therapy alongside psychiatric medication management
Experienced trauma in addition to another mental health condition
Treatment is compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to the whole person—not just a list of symptoms.
Telehealth counseling for Wyoming adults ages 18 and older.
